The Rollerblading Organizers Group is a private, 25-year-old and above invitation-only forum dedicated exclusively to the leaders of the rollerblading community in Canada. This group serves as a central hub for coordination and information sharing among the most influential and experienced organizers of rollerblading events in the city where rollerblading leaders are.

Membership and Structure

Exclusive Membership: Entry into the group is by invitation only, targeting some inline skating organizers with a strong record of organizing and hosting rollerblading activities.
Organizer Representation: In cases where a group has multiple organizers, at the moment only one is chosen to represent in the forum.
Leadership: Members are prominent figures in the rollerblading community, each leading a well-established and active group.
Group Leader and Manager: The group is managed by Fred, known for his role in the Toronto Bladers.
Support Platform: The Canada Bladers serves as the base support platform for the group.

Operational Guidelines

Event Coordination: The primary function of the group is to facilitate the sharing of information about upcoming rollerblading events, including dates and venues. This coordination aims to prevent the overlap of events from different groups, thus avoiding forced choices and potential animosity among skaters and groups.
Content Restriction: Discussions within the chat are strictly confined to inline skating and rollerblading events relevant to the organizers locations and or group interests.
Autonomy of Groups: Each organizer retains full autonomy over their rollerblading group. The organizing forum does not serve as a medium for interference in how individual groups are managed.
Political Neutrality: The group is committed to maintaining a politically neutral space in the organizing forum, free from activism, activists and focused solely on rollerblading events.
Commercial Neutrality: The group is committed to maintaining a commercial neutral space in the organizing forum, free from products advertisement.

Code of Conduct

Commitment to Inline Skating: Members agree to use the group solely for purposes related to inline skating, avoiding any ulterior motives including political activism, identity politics, protests, discrimination, and other inline skating unrelated social causes. (see: Off Topic)
