Creating a T-shirt logo contest can be an exciting. Here are some key rules and guidelines to consider when creating a logo for a shirt.

Objective

  • We are looking to make t-shirts and hoodies to be worn by inline skaters and a contest has started.
  • The t-shirts and or hoodies will be worn by inline skaters.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Anyone can participate, whether in Toronto or Canada.
  • Anyone outside Canada can participate but should contact us here.
  • There are no age restrictions or whether you are a professional or amateur in order for your design to be considered.
  • You can create as many designs as you wish as long as you submit them all prior to the deadline and ideally at the same time.

Design Guidelines

  • Designs: Two. One Related to Toronto and another related to Canada
  • File formats: SVG and PNG
  • Not allowed: (e.g., offensive content, quad skating, copyright infringement, anything that violates Canadian Law).

  • Ideally we are looking for designs that will feature iconic details, one about Toronto and one about Canada.
  • Eg: CN Tower and an inline skate featured on the design or a Maple leaf with a inline skate
  • Elements: One common element inherent to inline skating on both designs and each design should reflect the region identified on the logo. (One related to Toronto and one related to Canada)

Where and how to submit entries

  • Deadline: April 1st 2024
  • Submit on social media, (Instagram/Facebook/Twitter), or alternatively contact us to submit by email.

Judging Criteria

  • Creativity, relevance to theme, originality
  • Designs will be voted by members of the Toronto Bladers

  • Two designs will be selected.
  • Winner will receive a free shirt with the winning logo.

Rights and Usage
